Terms of Service

These terms apply when you sign up for and use Serviate. By creating an account, you're agreeing to them.

The service

Serviate is a restaurant management platform: QR ordering, kitchen display, table and staff management, billing, and reporting. New accounts get a 30-day free trial, and no card is required to start.

Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials (and any staff PINs you set up) secure.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of the restaurant, menu, and pricing information you enter.
• Staff accounts you create act under your restaurant's account. You're responsible for who you give access to.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Serviate to:

• Break any applicable law.
• Attempt to access another restaurant's data or account.
• Disrupt or abuse the platform (e.g. attempting to overload it, scraping, or reverse-engineering it).

Your content

Your menu, logo, and business details belong to you. By uploading them, you're giving Serviate permission to store and display them, only as part of running your restaurant's ordering pages and dashboard.

Service availability

We work to keep Serviate reliable, but as an early-stage product we don't currently guarantee a specific uptime commitment. We'll do our best to communicate any planned downtime or issues that affect your restaurant.

Termination

You can stop using Serviate at any time by contacting us to close your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the acceptable use section above.

No warranty / limitation of liability

Serviate is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses (like lost revenue) arising from your use of the platform. Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.

Changes to these terms

If we make meaningful changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
